The EmBARKing Session

For anxious pooches, puppies and first-timers — the EmBARKing Session is a complimentary 10–15 minute nose-around before any grooming appointment. Your dog explores the space, sniffs it out, and settles their nerves on their own terms.

Highly recommended to book ahead of your first grooming appointment. Run during the week, just before closing. Contact us to arrange yours.

Weight-based tiers

Toy — under 7 kg
Small — 7–11 kg
Medium — 12–18 kg
Large — 19–30 kg
Extra Large — over 31 kg

Double coat types

Short Double Coated
Labrador, Golden Retriever, Husky, Corgi, Pug, Beagle, Shiba Inu and similar short-coated double-coat breeds.
Long Double Coated
Border Collie, Australian Shepherd, German Shepherd, Collie, Samoyed and similar long-coated double-coat breeds.
